THE COTTAGES.
Close to Paris, the Moulin de Saint-Félix is a true corner of Paradise crossed by a charming river, the Thérain, offering a natural and tranquil setting, perfectly suited for stays with family or friends.
With a capacity of 14 people in total (12 for the large apartment and 2 for the small), these cottages, renovated in 2023 in an old mill, offer a harmonious mix between modernity and historical character, because they are located on the site of a 16th century mill, which notably houses the brush museum, an integral part of the local heritage.
In summer, you can enjoy the coolness of the place, while in winter, the warm atmosphere of a wood fire creates a cocooning atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Whatever the time of year, the Moulin de Saint-Félix promises calm and isolation for a unique and memorable experience.

THE RECEPTION SPACES.
The Moulin site also has two reception areas that can be privatized (by the guests of the cottage as an option for a complete experience, or independently when the cottage is unoccupied, out of respect for the tranquility of the occupants):
